Stick to Your Guns

Before I went to the library to write, I put out an intention to have the same computer all day. At some point, a librarian told me that because of short staff they were going to close an hour for lunch. How odd! I was definitely specific about my intention. It would be so lovely if they could have some cover so I could focus on my work without interruption.

A few minutes before the library was due to close, I noticed one librarian was still allocating computers. I asked her what the current situation was. She said the library was going to remain open because they had received cover at the last minute.

When I stick to my guns, the Universe has no choice but to deliver.
