Barking Up the Wrong Tree

As I walking home yesterday evening in my neighbourhood, I came across this dog. I have no idea what breed it was but it was huge, and didn't seem to be in a very good mood. He actually matched how I'd been feeling earlier on; I had been quite pissed off though I had managed to resolve the feeling in thought.

The dog ran towards me and barked. I thought he was literally barking up the wrong tree. When I didn't react, he kept barking and running away from me. I continued to walk without reacting and he kept barking. Then he snarled but again I didn't react. His human friend called him away.

That's aggression for you, it needs energy to keep it going.
